The Recovery Day
Slow mornings, a long brunch, the pool, the last of the sun. Or something your guests will never forget: a vineyard visit, a boat on the Garonne. A relaxed day to say goodbye properly, and the one everyone talks about on the flight home.

Vision & creative direction. Conversations to understand your story, then a design concept for each of the three days: florals, tablescapes, stationery, lighting and music.
Venue search. A shortlist of châteaux, estates and private houses suited to your guest list and your style, with visits organised for you.
Our trusted circle. Florists, caterers, photographers, musicians and artisans we know personally. We negotiate and manage every contract.
Budget management. A clear budget built around your priorities, tracked line by line and always transparent.
Your Sun Box. A shared planning space for your timeline, to-do lists and documents, with video calls at times that suit both time zones.
Your guests’ wellbeing. Everything is organised so the weekend flows effortlessly for your guests, from their arrival to the last goodbye.
The weekend itself. Our team on site for all three days, coordinating every vendor, every timing and every surprise, rain included.
